CTD Strength and Conditioning has always provided its athletes with the best in Sports Performance training. Each year we improve our program based on the latest research in exercise science. We continuously develop and utilize the most effective and cutting edge performance enhancement techniques in the industry. |

|
 |
We are now implementing our Personalized Performance Profile (P3) to assess dynamic flexibility, acceleration, explosive power, strength, coordination and potential muscular imbalances.
|
|
The information gathered from the Personalized Performance Profile will help our staff customize a workout that addresses the individual needs of each athlete while continually monitoring their progress.
Our evaluation methods, combined with New Jersey's premier performance team make CTD the best choice for athletic improvement. |

Our goals are:
- teach the fundamental concepts of exercise
- reduce the potential for injury in during activity
- promote self-confidence through repetition and success

Our Group-Based Programs are offered during the Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring which makes them ideal for pre-season, in-season and post-season training.
Athletes participating in our group sessions are closely instructed throughout the workout. Our program places a premium on properly teaching movement science and strength training. Our low coach-to-athlete ratio enables us to instruct and supervise every aspect of the workout, from warm-up to cool down. |
