CTD Founder:  Ryan Lotito  
   

     Ryan Lotito graduated from Susan Wagner High School in Staten Island, NY.  He majored in psychology at the City University of New York; College of Staten Island were he was team captain 3 of 4 years.  He was the starting centerfielder and closer for the Nassau Collegians of the Atlantic Colligate Baseball League (ACBL)… 1999 MLB prospect following best of four outstanding seasons at the City University of New York (CSI).  Lotito Batted .406, set school records with 53 runs and 130 at-bats, .525 on base percentage, led the dolphins in six offensive categories, 23 doubles, 11 triples, 5 Home runs.

   
     Lotito was selected to the CUNY Athletic Conference and Skyline Conference All-Star Teams 4 years in a row, While helping his team win 3 City University of New York Championships that were played at Yankee Stadium and Shea Stadium.  He was also voted to the Chowan Invitational All-Tournament Team in North Carolina.  Ryan gained interest from Texas Rangers, Detroit Tigers and several Independent Teams.  However, due to a sports injury he had to decline free agent offers and stay home.  Lotito's professional experience is well respected in the baseball world.  Ryan trained and grew up on Staten Island with 3 personal friends that currently play at the Major League level,  Jason Marquis (P) and 15 game winner for the National League Champions St. Louis Cardinals, Frank Menechino (IF) Toronto Blue Jays, and Tom Gregorio [C] Anaheim Angels.

      He then pursued a career in Personal Training and management while working for a huge health club chain, where he managed a 7 million dollar facility and developed a successful retention program.  In January 2000 Ryan partnered with several former pro athletes and created his own company MindBody Sports Services, Corp. (M.B.S.S), located in South Amboy NJ.  As C.E.O. of  M.B.S.S.  Ryan currently oversees daily operations of the company's core businesses which includes CTD Sports and the ChasingTheDream.com. website. M.B.S.S. is focused on helping young overweight children and young athletes achieve their dreams in sports, education and life.   

     Community involvement in 2003/4 included the development of a 15,000 square foot sports training facility for private investors in NJ with full court basketball, 4 dual baseball/softball batting cages and two full size pitching tunnels. Lotito held autograph signings with pro ball players for The Sayreville Association of Brain Injured Children and aspiring athletes.

     During 2006, he also managed Little League teams, trained athletes, and ran baseball camps in NJ.  He is currently developing his business with visions of helping children and athletes throughout the United States.
